About Us
Tash Barneveld and Katie Minett are passionate creatives with a shared love for art, imagination, and community. Together, they have created a welcoming space where creativity can flourish for both children and adults. Tash and Katie believe art should feel joyful, accessible, and inspiring. Their backgrounds are in hands-on making, playful learning, and creative exploration. Their workshops and classes encourage curiosity, confidence, and connection, and embrace the beauty of experimentation, colour, and creative “mish mash” moments along the way.
What We Offer:
a fully-equipped, bookable workshop space. We can handle the workshop bookings, or you can DIY. It doesn’t have to be for a workshop, you can book our space for meetings, photography, as a co-working space, or almost anything!
in-house creative classes for kids, adults, and family groups. These run weekly during the school terms
school holiday sessions. These run for two hours, you can stay as long as you like, providing people aren’t waiting for your space.
one-off creative workshops for adults. These are very popular and sell out quickly, so get in quick.

There’s a real sense of weariness in the community at the moment. Providing a third space: somewhere outside of home, work, or school, gives people the opportunity to reconnect with their creativity without rules, expectations, or the endless list of jobs waiting at home.
